Mail merge
Send everyone their own personal email or WhatsApp message, without the fuss of Word or Gmail mail merge. List the people (or upload an Excel sheet), write your message once with fields like {Name} and {Amount}, and send each one in Gmail, your email app or WhatsApp. Free, no sign-up, and your list stays on your device.
How it works
- Recipients: add people one by one, paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets, or upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. The first row is the headings: a column called Email, one called WhatsApp or Phone if you want WhatsApp too, and any others you like (Name, Amount, Due date…).
- Their details: each other column becomes a field. Add, rename or remove fields in one click; a renamed field changes in your message too.
- Your message: write the subject and message once, with fields in curly brackets like {Name}. You see it filled in for the selected person straight away. Use B, I and 🔗 Link for bold, italics and linked words.
- Send, one tap per person: Open in Gmail or My email app opens the email filled in; you check it and press Send. WhatsApp opens the chat with the message typed. Each one gets a ✓ and you move to the next person.
Good to know
- Emails opened in Gmail this way are plain text, but web addresses stay clickable. For linked words and bold, Wah-Kit also copies the formatted message: paste it over the text in Gmail, or into any other mail tool with Copy (formatted).
- Download all as Excel gives every merged email (address, subject and message) in a sheet, for tools such as Outlook or a newsletter service.
- Nothing is sent automatically: you press Send for each one, from your own email or WhatsApp. Please send only to people who expect to hear from you.
- Your list stays in this browser on this device. Wah-Kit doesn’t store or see it.
