Scan & send
Photograph a letter, form, receipt or ID card. Wah-Kit straightens the page, makes it crisp and clear, lets you sign it, and turns it into a PDF or pictures to send on WhatsApp. Nothing is uploaded: it all happens on your phone or computer.
- Put the page on a darker surface (a table, not a white sheet), so its edges stand out.
- Use good light and keep your shadow off the page. Hold the phone straight above it.
- Several pages? Scan one, then tap Add a page. You can reorder them before sending.
On a computer you can also drop photos onto this page, or paste a picture.

Good to know
Is my document uploaded anywhere?
No. The photo, the clean-up and the PDF are all made on your own phone or computer. Wah-Kit never sees your document. When you send it, it goes straight from your phone to WhatsApp.
The corners weren’t found. What do I do?
Drag the four orange circles onto the corners of the page; a magnifier helps you place them exactly. Finding the page works best when it lies on a darker surface, in good light.
PDF or pictures?
A PDF keeps all pages together in one file and is best for forms, letters and anything you may print. Pictures show straight away in the chat, which is handy for a single receipt.
How do I send it on a computer?
Tap Download, then in WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop click 📎 → Document, and pick the file.
Is the signature a legal e-signature?
It places a picture of your handwritten signature on the page, like signing a printout. Whether that’s accepted depends on who you send it to.
