How it works
- Name your trip and set the dates. Every day appears, ready to fill.
- Add what happens each day: ✈️ flights, 🏨 hotels, 🚆 trains, buses and ferries, 🚗 transfers, 📍 visits, 🍽️ meals and 📝 notes. A hotel shows on every night of your stay and its check-out on the last morning; a flight landing the next day shows on both days.
- Make it yours: a cover photo, a colour, a welcome note, and who it’s prepared for.
- Share it: send the link on WhatsApp (it always shows your latest changes), save it as a PDF, or add it to the calendar. Each place has a 📍 Map button and each flight a ✈️ Flight status button.
- Plan together: invite someone you trust to edit with you.
For travel agents (Pro)
- Your agency name and logo on the cover, and WhatsApp, email and website buttons at the end of every itinerary. No Wah-Kit line.
- 📎 Links to e-tickets, hotel vouchers and visas in Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox on each item, shown to travellers or kept for editors only.
- 🔒 A PIN on the link, so booking details stay private even if the link is forwarded.
- ⧉ Copy an itinerary for the next client or new dates: everything moves with the new start date.
